Stephen practices real estate, municipal law, civil litigation, corporate/commercial law, and wills and estates. Before returning to the practice of law in 1987, Stephen worked worked for ten years with John Labatt Limited, Canada’s largest agri-food business. Stephen’s approach to the practice of law is business-oriented, with legal advice that is practical, to the point, and results-oriented.
He is a well-known speaker at educational events on agricultural issues. Stephen acts on behalf of many businesses and several municipalities. He is solicitor for a conservation authority and several local agricultural societies. Stephen is court counsel for the Ministry of Transportation and the Ministry of Natural Resources. He appears in front of tribunals, boards, and all levels of court.

Samantha’s main practice areas are real estate and estate planning. She can assist with your legal residential needs, such as buying, selling or refinancing your home. She especially enjoys helping first-time home buyers through the process and is happy to take the time to answer all the clients’ questions. In private transactions, Samantha can help from the beginning in reviewing or drafting an agreement of purchase and sale and carry the file through to the closing of the transaction. She can also assist with the purchase, sale or refinancing of farmland, as well as other commercial and investment properties. Samantha also practices estate planning and would be happy to discuss your estate planning goals in preparing wills and powers of attorney.
Samantha has been part of the Ault & Ault team since completing her articling term in 2013. She became a partner of the firm in 2019.
Samantha is married with 2 young sons, Eric and Jake, who keep her very busy. She loves to read, travel whenever possible and camp with her family in the summer.

Warren’s practice focuses on family law, municipal law and real estate. He joined Ault & Ault in 2014 after articling in Ottawa. He provides advice to municipalities, conservation authorities, and developers on a wide variety of issues including drainage law, freedom of information and protection of privacy matters, conflicts of interest, municipal taxation, planning, and real estate conveyancing in a primarily commercial context.
Warren appears regularly in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. He also represents clients in the Court of the Ontario Drainage Referee and the Ontario Land Tribunal.
Outside the office, Warren likes to travel, spend time with his wife, pets, and daughters, Irene and Clara.

Mally practices corporate and commercial law, estate planning and litigation, municipal law and employment law. In her employment law practice she assists businesses, municipalities and individuals with employment contract reviews and disputes, including employee terminations, wrongful dismissals and human rights issues. She has acted as a prosecutor for several provincial Ministries and municipalities, and appears regularly in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice.
Before joining Ault & Ault, Mally articled at a labour and employment firm in Ottawa. During law school, she was the Operations Coordinator and a caseworker with Queen’s Legal Aid, where she represented clients in criminal, housing, disability and civil matters.
Mally is the President of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Mental Health Association, Champlain East. She sings with the Centennial Choir of Cornwall and is an organizer of the Blue Skies Music Festival. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two young daughters and many pets.

Clara’s practice areas include wills and estates, guardianship and capacity issues, family law, civil litigation, and landlord/tenant law. Clara has a special interest in elder law, including substitute decision making and powers of attorney, legal issues that can arise in nursing homes and retirement homes, financial abuse matters, and health law.
Clara was called to the bar in 2014. Prior to joining Ault & Ault, she was an associate at a Toronto litigation firm and a lawyer at the Advocacy Centre for the Elderly, a specialty legal clinic for low-income seniors.
Clara is an organizer of the Blue Skies Music Festival and a doting aunt.
