Mally practices corporate and commercial law, estate planning and litigation, municipal law and employment law. In her employment law practice she assists businesses, municipalities and individuals with employment contract reviews and disputes, including employee terminations, wrongful dismissals and human rights issues. She has acted as a prosecutor for several provincial Ministries and municipalities, and appears regularly in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice.
Before joining Ault & Ault, Mally articled at a labour and employment firm in Ottawa. During law school, she was the Operations Coordinator and a caseworker with Queen’s Legal Aid, where she represented clients in criminal, housing, disability and civil matters.
Mally is the President of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Mental Health Association, Champlain East. She sings with the Centennial Choir of Cornwall and is an organizer of the Blue Skies Music Festival. She enjoys spending time with her husband, young daughter and many pets.
